I am moving to Fort Lewis very soon and would like to buy a house in the Tacoma, Spanaway, Puyallup area? We are planning on using a VA loan to purchase the house, so a military friendly realtor near fort lewis is what we REALLY need. Any past buyers with good experiences out there?

Here is my question. We currently own a house. I want to sell that house and buy another one. What if I find a house and want to get a preapproval on a new house. Do they take into consideration that you already own a house? Or do you have to basically get 2 houses?

I ask this question on behalf of my friend, who lives in Malaysia. He wants to know what the law in England will be in this case.

My friend is gonna let his house to another, so that he can have some income. A question arises: They need to buy a home insurance in case there is an accident like fire. Apparently in Malaysia, a homeowner doesn’t have to buy insurance for his house.

So in this case, who should pay for the home insurance, the homeowner or the tenant? I mean, the rental period is 2 years, and the insurance, if paid, will cover for 2 years only.

I live in New Hampshire and I have been looking into buying a house. It seems to me that when house prices are low, interest rates are high, and when interest rates are low, house prices are high.
