Answer by TrisNo I have not, however, if you can afford it now is the time to buy a house. Saving up for it is best. Rely on credit as little as possible. It is nice to actually own what you are living in.

There are some condos, but I’m afraid if I buy one I won’t be able to sell it down the road. Should I wait until I can afford a house and skip the condo step?
