I assume you mean the 4th Amendment to the Constitution?
That only protects you against unlawful searches and seizures. You can say “No” if the police ask you to search your property, but if you do, they can detain you while waiting for a warrant. Basically, if you don’t have anything to hide, let them in. You cannot prevent them from searching if they have a warrant to search the specified property for specified items.
