when a parent passes away is there any way to do a search to see if they had any real estate in their name they dies without a will and if there was and it was sold ilegaly is there any recource or action that can be taken

Try your county courthouse. They have all the records there for real estate. Just tell them what you’d like to know. It’s public records. Good luck to you.
